Anger Is Not the Problem. It's the Map.
Anger doesn't mean your values are broken. In shadow work, it points precisely to what you need most. Learn to read it instead of suppress it.
Something cuts you off in traffic and you feel a flash of heat behind the sternum. A friend cancels last minute, again, and you notice your jaw tighten. A meeting runs over for the third week in a row and you walk out quietly furious, then spend the next hour feeling guilty about the fury.
We are trained early to treat anger as a failure of character. To smooth it down, apologize for it, pathologize it. But shadow work is interested in a different question: not why are you so angry, but what does this anger know that you haven't let yourself say yet.
